HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE ON THE WEBSITE?

Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our Terms and Conditions. You don't need to register on our website to buy an item; you just need to have your full delivery address.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE WEBSITE ACCEPT?

You can choose to pay by credit card or debit card on the first page of the site; we accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electron and PayPal. Some cards may require authorization from the issuing bank and we only process orders that have been 3D secure verified from card payments. If you do not have a credit card you can use PayPal as a payment method by creating an account with them, we only process PayPal payments if accounts are verified and have a confirmed delivery address.

 

First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address; this process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. Please make sure all your details are entered correctly when placing an order, this will ensure that you don't experience any delays in your order.

Retro designer wear is happy to accept cancellations for any reason up to the moment the store has processed your order. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return the item. For more detailed instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Returns Policy page.

 

At Retro Designer Wear we want our customers to have the most satisfying experience while shopping in store or online and in accordance we make our returns policy as easy and straightforward as possible. Despite the fact that we wish you love every purchase with us, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange. You are always permitted to get a refund or exchange when you return your item in perfect condition as purchased within 14 days period.

 

HOW CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE GOODS?

All of the orders are checked thoroughly by our quality control team and will deliver in Retro Designer Wear packaging; this will aim to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS IN WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

If there is no-one available to take delivery, you can expect a card left to advise this to you or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or re-schedule a new delivery date.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship worldwide using different couriers according to the charges and policies of that country.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched so, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

 

CAN RETRO DESIGNER WEAR SHIP TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS IN A SINGLE ORDER?

We only ship one order to one single address. During the shopping process, you will be asked to choose one shipping address for your delivery if you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order then, please request an address replacement by contacting us. Please note that it is not possible to change addresses to a different country.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order and payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order with the best courier service for your area; this will take between 1-3 working days to receive the order. If the destination is international or not on the mainland, it may take slightly longer the 3 working days.

 

WILL NEW BRANDS BE ADDED TO THE WEBSITE, IF SO, WHEN?

I HAVE SEEN AN ITEM IN ONE OF YOUR STORES. CAN I ORDER IT ONLINE?

The stock online represents the stock in store, however, please contact our customer service team by email contact@retrodesignerwear.com or call us on 01355 570 378 if you have a specific query about stock numbers.

 

CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST ON MY ORDER, FOR EXAMPLE, TO HAVE AN ITEM ALTERED TO FIT ME?

Unfortunately, we can't accept special requests for orders at this time.

 

CAN YOU RESERVE AN ITEM TO BUY LATER?

At the moment, we do not provide a holding service at our boutiques

 

 

 

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE THE ITEM I ORDERED?

We offer a unique range of designer products on the web, which also means that quantities of each item in stock are very limited. We keep our website stock synchronized with the store's stock. Therefore if the item is shown on our website, it is because this item is available and in stock at the store. However, if the goods are sold in the store simultaneously to (or within minutes of) a web purchase it may happen that the stock information is inaccurate.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Customers can simply send the item back to us at our address below, via secure Post Office or any other courier service. Please remember we don't accept any returns at our stores nor you will be issued a replacement or refund. We request that customers include the invoice that should be attached to the front of the parcel you received with the goods or your name and order number as it is important to know who the goods are coming from. On receiving the goods back, we will issue you with a full refund for the price of the goods you have returned providing that you goods are in a saleable condition, which means;

 

The tags have not been removed

The garment has not been worn or damaged

The packaging is returned

 

I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM, WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once the boutique has received your return and it complies with our Return Policy, we will refund you for the item returned by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping when using our free collections service.

 

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED, WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?

If a cancellation is made before order processing, and we have confirmed your order has been cancelled by email, then we will fully refund you through your original payment method depending on whether we already took payment from your account or not.

 

WHEN WILL MY REFUND OR CANCELLATION VALUE BE IN MY ACCOUNT TO SPEND AGAIN?

We endeavour to process refunds or transaction cancellations on our end swiftly, and will inform you of such actions by email. However, please note your bank or card issuer can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then you will get an exchange on this.

 

CAN I GET FREE DELIVERY ON ANY COST ABOVE £75.00?

For free shipping over £75, one full priced item should be in the basket to get this option to work for your online sale. Please note that sale items do not come with this option and will have normal shipping charges, this option is only available for UK mainland only.
