Returns Policy

WEBSITE RETURNS POLICY 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund, Please make sure you quote your order number when returning and send it to the address on invoice. (Note: Items can not be returned in store for an exchange or refund)

 Returned items should be unused and must be returned in its original condition with all attached tags. We will issue a  refund on receipt after inspection,  Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days of delivery, Any items for refund not received back within 7 days but still intact, undamaged or tampered with, Retro Designer Wear will offer an exchange.
2. By submitting your order, you are agreeing to the Retro Designer Wear terms of service/returns policy and privacy policy.
3. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
4. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
5. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are proven faulty and a refund is made.
