To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number (please include +44) and the order number below.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
If you wish to request a return outwith the 14 day return period, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are there any charges for return?
- There will be a £4.99 shipping charge which will be deducted from your refund for retruning products
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We will provide a Collect+ returns label when returns are authorised
- Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
- Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Retro Designer Wear
- Retro Designer Wear does not accept responsibility for products lost during returns shipping. This responsibility lies with the customer
- Please ensure you include information regarding your order within your return package. For example, your name, order number and reason for return.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
