Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 crisis in the United Kingdom, we have been forced to close our store once again as part of local Government restrictions.

However, we are able to offer click and collect for local orders ONLY. This is available Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.

*Please note, due to Covid-19, delivery times may vary dependent on the courier and the location and public holidays*

• UK Delivery Charges: £4.99 - 2 to 3 Working Days

•  UK Next Day Delivery EXPRESS 24  : £6.99 - Monday to Thursday order before 3pm (working days only. Does not include weekends or bank holidays)

• Northern Ireland / R.O.I Delivery Charges £7.99 - 3 to 5 Working Days

• International Orders sent via UPS • Europe Delivery Charge £14.99 - 2 to 3 Working Days

• Rest Of The World Delivery Charge £19.99 - 3 to 5 Working Day

You can remove the shipping cost by collecting your order directly from our store in East Kilbride shopping centre. When you place your order online select the Click and Collect option at checkout, your order will then be available for collection within  few hours during working hours. For collection you must provide us with your order number and one piece of ID from the following:

• Driving License

• Bank Card

• Passport.

If you wish to return the item for an exchange then you must email us, once confirmation has been given for collection/exchange then you can exchange the item(s) in store. Regarding refunds for any return, this can be handled in store with your order ID but will be passed on to our web team for online refund process.

Please note that we are unable to offer a UK delivery service on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for deliveries. All orders placed at the weekend and holidays are processed the next working day.

Depending on the value of your order your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands and vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information we suggest contacting your local customs office in order to ensure that you are not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

If you choose to have your goods delivered to UK Mainland then we aim to deliver your goods within the service chosen for delivery (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made and orders placed no later than 3:00pm Thursday's for delivery for Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday provided this isn't a bank holiday.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times as it depends on courier services but we will provide you with tracking number so you can track your order yourself.

Unfortunately, Saturday delivery is only available for mainland UK deliveries.

Please note Saturday Deliveries must be submitted by 3pm on the Friday prior, any orders placed with Saturday Delivery after 3pm will not be delivered that coming Saturday.

We ship worldwide using different couriers according to the charges and policies of the country in question. We primarily use Parcel Force, Royal Mail and UPS for all orders.

A signature will always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery, a card may be left to advise you, this will confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot.

You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
