Returns Policy

Orders placed between 4th November 2021 to 24th December 2021 will have an extended return duration. Orders placed within these dates can be returned and be subject to a refund up until Friday 7th January 2022

As per our regular returns policy, goods must be returned in perfect condition with tags attached within 7 days of returns approval. To request a return or an exchange, please email your order number, name and reason for return to

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, All Online returns or exchanges are only acceptable if the item is unused, in its original packaging, items must also be returned within 14 days of purchase. If you are eligible, then please return the item within 7 days of your request being approved.

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the exchanged item to you at no extra charge. If a balance is owed, you will be contacted for payment details upon receipt of your return. If we owe you any balance post exchange, it will be credited the same way it was initially paid.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your own reference. Retro Designer Wear does not accept any liability or responsibility for lost parcels.

Please remember we don't accept any online returns at our stores nor replacements or refunds. We request that customers include the invoice or  put your name and order number, its important to know all of the order details about the goods that we have received back. On receiving the goods back, you can expect us to issue you with a full refund for the price of the goods you have returned. The only condition is that the goods returned should be in a saleable condition which means:

* The tags have not been removed

* The garment has not been worn or damaged

* The packaging is returned

Unfortunately you can't return swimwear, underwear, jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

If the goods returned do not meet the above criteria, your refund will not be processed and we will ship the product back to you. This will incur an additional £4.99 shipping fee. 

If a cancellation is made before order processing and we have confirmed your order has been cancelled by email, then we will fully refund you through your original payment method.

Once your return has been received and is compliant with our return policy, we will refund you for the item returned by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider, returned items will also be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.

All items must be returned in the same condition as received; unworn, unaltered, unlaundered, and with tags still attached. Items will be carefully  scrutinized upon receipt of the return and if deemed inappropriately tried on, will not be eligible for a refund.
